Dr. Kevin Yip is Singapore’s Leading Orthopedic Surgeon with a special interest in sports medicine, including complex shoulder and knee problems and restoration. Dr. Yip has been in practice for over 20 years in the medical field, and has extensive experience in general orthopedics, including trauma and fracture care, and total joint replacement of the shoulder, elbow, hip, and knee.
Dr. Peterson completed his medical degree from St. Thomas’ Hospital London, England, where he graduated from and was involved in several research projects in the orthopedic and internal medicine fields. While there, he obtained his Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons in 1990, and worked in several hospital units in England before moving to Hong Kong. He became an Associate Professor at the Chinese University of Hong Kong Prince of Wales Hospital and participated in extensive research in various fields especially the knee and shoulder.
After leaving Hong Kong in 1998, he joined Gleneagles Hospital as a Specialist Orthopaedic Surgeon.

Married to a beautiful wife with three kids, Dr. Yip resides on Sentosa Island with his wife and three children. They enjoy running, swimming and sailing that the beautiful island has to offer.
